We have a minimum contract period of 4 months for Social Media Management services. This timeframe is based on our experience and expertise in the industry, as well as the nature of social media marketing.

Building an engaged following, creating compelling content, and developing a data-driven strategy take time and commitment.

The onboarding process for Social Media Management typically begins with a thorough Social Media Audit to evaluate the current state of the brand's social media presence.

This involves analysing the content, engagement, audience, and performance of existing social media accounts. Based on the findings of the audit, a 4-month strategy is developed to align with the brand's goals and objectives. The strategy includes content planning, scheduling, and implementation, as well as engagement and growth strategies.

Throughout the 4-month period, regular audits of the social media accounts are conducted to track progress, measure performance, and make data-driven adjustments to optimise the strategy for maximum effectiveness. You will receive insights and reporting for the account quarterly.

The onboarding process also involves setting up our systems, gaining access to the accounts, setting up our communication channels and establishing clear roles and responsibilities between the Social Media Manager and the brand to ensure seamless collaboration and success in achieving the brand's social media goals!

The first 2-4 weeks of working together does not involve any content to be posted, just the intial planning & setting up stage.

Social Media Management services at Be Bold Studio is subject to a minimum 4-month locked-in contract period. To terminate the contract within this period, the following steps must be strictly followed:

• Provide a four-week written notice via email to hello@beboldstudio.com.au

• Complete the full pre-planned feed and make the corresponding payment to this.

• Pay out 50% of the remaining contract fee for any unplanned months.

If termination occurs at the end of a 4-month contract timeline, no termination pay-out fee is required, but a minimum of 4 weeks written notice is still necessary.

It's important to note that failure to provide notice on time within the contract period may result in outstanding payments for weeks that have been planned ahead.

We would like to emphasise that Social Media Management is a long-term plan that requires consistency for optimal results, and the 4-month plan is developed with targeted strategies tailored to each client's business and target market. We highly suggest our clients book for atleast 6 month contracts for optimal results.
